Blue TV private customer/business customer

Hello, I am a private customer & get the Internet via Swisscom as well as our home telephone number. Now I wanted to set up the Blue TV app on my iPad, but this is not possible because my mobile phone runs on our business subscription! What is the procedure? Kind regards Nicola Felder

Maybe try it on your mobile phone via the internet browser ?

WalterB Have you saved your mobile phone number with mySwisscom?

It also works for me with the company subscription with my mobile phone. So it should work.

Yes, the mobile phone number is stored in the customer centre, but you can access Bluewin TV on any device via the WEB with a Swisscom account.
