Hello everyone, I contacted a young man in the Swisscom shop and got the solution to the puzzle:

The e-mail addressee has automatically stored the message “Queries” in his account, which means that if I as the sender do not receive a reply within a reasonable period of time, I will be reminded to ask back.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mich im Swisscom-Shop an einen jungen Mann gewendet und des Rätsels Lösung erhalten, und zwar:

Der E-Mail-Adressat hat die Meldung „Rückfragen“ in seinem Account automatisch hinterlegt was bedeutet, dass ich, sollte ich als Sender keine Antwort innert nützlicher Frist erhalten, quasi daran erinnert werde, rückzufragen.

Ich hoffe, ich habe dies verständlich formuliert. Allen einen schönen Abend
