I’ve installed the app and I’d like to watch what’s on TV on my phone too, but how do I connect to my TV? It gives me a connection code but I can’t enter it anywhere?

    Normally you log in with the same name and password from the Swisscom login and then a code appears which you enter in the TV Air app.

    It’s a bit difficult to understand what you mean. You mention having installed an application, but which application are you talking about? And what exactly do you want to do? Could you elaborate on your question, please?

        To display the code on the TV, follow Home > Settings > TV-Box and then Connect a mobile device.
        The screen will then display a 6-digit code that you will need to enter in the settings of the blue TV app on the mobile phone.
        Simply follow the instructions given on the TV.

            It is not quite clear to me where the problem is, e.g. the Bluewin TV app is installed on a tablet and when you start it you enter your Swisscom login which then provides a code which you then enter when you log in.

              When you open the blue TV app on your phone, it displays a connection screen.
              You can either use the Swisscom login associated with the subscription, or the connect with TV option at the bottom of the screen.

              Once connected, sharing of what is available on the television is done automatically via the Swisscom servers linked to the blue TV account associated with the login.

                  If you use the Bluewin TV app and log in with the Swisscom login, a code appears on your mobile phone which you have to enter in the login window, at least that’s how it is for us with the iPad.
