Bad After Sales Service

Avoid Swisscom for phone accessories!

I bought Samsung earbuds in November 2024. By February 2025, the right one had low volume. Swisscom refused the warranty, claiming a “usage mistake” without explanation.

Then, they charged me 50 CHF service fee to get it back—never mentioned before. Terrible after-sales service!

Wow that’s not very COMercial, was it in the shop or by hotline contact? Which region…

I opted for the Oppo enco X2 just over a year ago and super happy, although the item was still expensive for a special promotion. Didn’t need the Sav.

For a Powerbank that made a strange noise received by parcel, at the shop they replaced it without further ado the day after purchase. I think that experience in the shop can change completely at times…

The TV box remote control was also replaced 1 time without any further problems.
