This is 99% a message from the TV itself.
It could be that the TV is reporting that it is receiving HDMI-CEC control commands from the Swisscom box. You can deactivate HDMI-CEC in the Swisscom Box.
Does the message remain permanently or does it disappear after a few seconds?
Uncle Google finds a lot about this message on Philips TV’s……

POGO 1104 I have now changed the HDMI-CEC settings and disconnected the TV from the power supply for 1 minute (a solution is often suggested on the Internet) but unfortunately none of this has helped, the message continues to appear shortly after switching on.
However, as it disappears again quickly and I now know that it is a known problem on the part of the TV, I can come to terms with it.
Many thanks for your help and time
Mauwika As far as I found out, the message means that you can operate the Philips with the remote control of the connected device (for example the Swisscom box). That should be volume.
The message is clearer on my TV. However, it is the other way round. In other words, I can enter channel numbers etc. with the TV remote control and then the Swisscom box switches over. Or Prg +/-, menu
If I don’t want this, I have to deactivate it on the TV itself.
Check whether you have deactivated HDMI-CEC on the Swisscom box and probably also on the TV itself.
Stephan_76 I was already able to switch everything on and off, change channels and adjust the volume with the Swisscom remote control on the old box and the old TV (Samsung) as well as on this new one (Philips). However, I didn’t have this message before. Only now with the new TV box for a few days.
I want to be able to continue to do this because it is much more convenient with just one remote control. So the message can just stay. Deactivating HDMI-CEC would switch this off, wouldn’t it? I don’t really understand what this CEC is.
HDMI-CEC explained: What is it and what do I need it for?

Whereby the message is generated on the box and not by the Philips
But this message is not “Swisscom style”:
can you change the GUI language on the Swisscom box to e.g. English?
If the message is then in English, then the message comes from the box.
Alternatively, change the language on the Philips, if the message is then in the changed language, then you know ….
