Please specify the model of laptop and its OS and also which browser is used?

delete browsing data (cookies, cache, history)
restart the laptop and test
also test with another browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrome)

Yes, I noticed that too. For a while the scroll bar was a very narrow line, but now it’s no longer there.
But you can easily scroll up and down using the mouse wheel.
