blue sport: Highlights do not work.

I use Teleboy as my internet provider and have installed the blue app on my Samsung Smart TV. I can’t access the highlights for blue Sport and the screen just stays black. Is this a known problem?

    I can’t imagine that Highlights has anything to do with TV Air free.

    @Minnauru90 Do you have the opportunity to test blue TV on another device? Maybe an Android box, an Apple TV, a smartphone to see if it’s the same there?

    Unfortunately, the app solutions are treated very neglected. Sometimes bugs are only fixed after months.

      Same here.

      I have Sunrise as my internet/TV provider. The highlights do not work in the Blue app on the Sunrise TV Box, nor in the Blue app on the smart TV itself.

      Via the Sunrise box I am greeted by the message “No signal can currently be received from this channel”, via the TV app the picture simply remains black with an endless loading circle.

      I think that’s a bit cheeky for the price of 34.90/month.
