TV-box remote control via app

Good evening, the remote control via the app hasn’t worked since at least the beginning of the evening. This happens regularly (already mentioned here) and can last more than 24 hours. Swisscom should solve this problem once and for all. I’m disabled and this is the only way I can control the television.

    Normally there are no general problems with the remote control, rarely after a firmware update and this can then be solved with the instructions at the link below.

    ***Or which app do you mean exactly and if so, which device do you use to operate the app?

      This is certainly not about the normal remote control of the Swisscom TV boxes, but about the remote control function as part of the blue TV app for iOS and Android, with which you can also control Swisscom TV boxes, i.e. this one, which can be found under the menu item “more”, if you have not configured it for the main bar of the app:

      And with the statement that this sub-function of the blue TV app does not always work correctly and that improved quality would be desirable, the questioner is certainly right.
