Recorded videos placed in the unsearchable archives

A small problem: I’ve lost access to some of the videos I’ve recorded but which are now in the archives.

Message from the site

“Error detected, try again later”.

Any solution, apart from a call to the hotline 😉??? Thanks in advance.

    delete the browsing data (cookies, cache, history) of the browser used
    restart the browser and test again
    also test with another browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)

        Well, that’s where it gets fun: I can watch these videos on TV via the box. I’ve just finished talking to Swisscom and so far they don’t have a solution. They’ve asked me to call 0800822 830.
