Message that doesn't go away

Hello everyone and hello everyone I updated my box and everything went perfectly the television works very well simply in my My Swisscom application the message that my box is going to be updated is always It’s been two weeks since the update was done and it doesn’t go away. I wanted to know if other people had this problem and if so, what did they do and otherwise what should I do because I’m a little lost.

Hello everyone, I have the update of my box which was done without any problem and the TV works perfectly simply in My Swisscom I still have the message which tells me that the box will be updated and this message does not ’deleted even though the update has been made will this message be deleted or should I contact customer service, thank you very much for your help.
