no email receipt

Have not recvd any mails today - - whilst yesterday my e-mail account was shuffled apart - i.e. very old mails showed up as newest and lots disappeared. Fortunely this seems to have been resolved but as of today no mail receipt at all.

please specify which e-mail application is used: Webmail, Thunderbird, Outlook, native Mail app, other?
which browser: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge, other?

and on what type of device: PC, MAC, tablet iPad/Android, smartphone iPhone/Android, other?
