HP Printer Web Services Setting

I get the following error message when setting up my HP printer on the HP Web Services Setting

Unable to connect to the server.

Check the Internet connection and try again. If you are still unable to connect, contact your administrator or the person who set up the printer.

If your network requires a proxy server address to connect to Internet, click Enter Proxy or check your browser settings.

How do I manually set this up as Swisscom does not know the Proxy Server name or Proxy Server Port?

New routers come configured with WPA2/WPA3 network security, an encryption that many connected devices don’t support. To solve this problem, access the router’s web page from a browser by typing the address 192.168.1.1. In the menu, click on the Expert icon, then go to the WLAN section to open the settings. Modify the encryption by selecting WPA2 only, and your printer should reappear on the Wi-Fi network for connection.

This is because HP printers, even recent models, and many other devices, often have difficulty working with the default WLAN encryption protocol of WPA2/WPA3. We recommend setting encryption to WPA2 only, for best compatibility.

WPA 2 was already set. Any other ideas?
