replay unavailable on blue tv web

the replay is unavailable on the web version of blue tv.

the replay works without problems on the Swisscom TV box as well as on the Blue TV mobile app

how can I resolve this problem

No problem with replay on the PC with the web application.

Is the Swisscom login used the same as that of TV-Box?

As indicated by @DanielD, the service is working and no disruptions have been announced in this regard. Were you able to access the Replay on blue TV Web?
