Signing documents electronically would be a good thing, but I don’t dare try your offer. I know your strategy and I’m always annoyed how you present us customers with something new - free of charge - and after a few months there’s a changed subscription that’s more expensive again.

I’m really upset because the prices for my one-person household have risen enormously in the last two years. Yes, I have additional offers that I like to use, but the competition offers roughly the same service as Swisscom.

I’m already at my limit with my monthly costs.

I don’t think the example with the additional 4 TVs in the new subscription, which now costs around CHF 10.00, is fair for a one-person household like me.

I find your “customer connection” tactically untrustworthy, lurid and ultimately unfair. I’m also annoyed by the daily advertising emails. Because I don’t want to miss the really important emails, I don’t dare unsubscribe from the “sh….. advertising emails”.
