Hi

I have been frustrated with mistakes on the bills. Swisscom keeps on adding more subscription e.g. adding TV (without me asking) and then charging money to remove it. Similarly, adding phone without me asking and then not allowing to remove it. Can i get someone who can really have the power to help rather having a conversation where i am accused of being the liar.

The best thing is to contact the Customer Support in writing. You better come up with a good explanation on how those services were added, as normally such things are not added automatically. No wonder that support agents were skeptical.

Maybe you accepted some bundle deal or something like that. Are you the only person managing your account? Does somebody else have access to your My Swisscom portal?
