All email accounts were deleted after 3 months, even though they had switched to email advanced.
I haven’t been able to access my email accounts since this morning.
According to the hotline, the accounts were definitely deleted, even though a Bluewin E-Mail advanced contract exists!
This contract was concluded after the accounts were reactivated in early July.
Now Swisscom says that the contract should have been confirmed because all accounts would be irrevocably deleted after 3 months.
What’s that supposed to mean?
