Not knowing where my 4 other emails were in the new system, I thought I had to transfer my wife’s email account to myself in order to read it. I did this and now my wife’s email doesn’t work on her mobile. I have since found the email in the profile. How can I reverse the transfer? I have tried using my wife’e email address but it rejects it saying it is the existing email.
