Prime Video gets stuck

I have just using prime video on tv and I noticed that very often the picture and sound get frozen while watching it, this requires me to close the app and restart again. The issue continues, internet is working totally fine, several tries to reboot the swisscom box were also not successful.

Has anyone had a similar issue and how it was resolved?

@Ziottiffe98 Do you use the TV box from Swisscom? If yes, please disconnect the box from the power supply for a few minutes, or restart Router (also disconnect from the power supply for a few minutes).

Yes I have the same issue. Only with Amazon Prime. Restarting the box does not solve it.

Restarting the router or the tv box doesn't make a difference, the issue temporarily stops and then it appears again. It's very annoying, I'm planning to quit the subscription to Prime Video, unless someone has a more permanent fix. Thanks

Try reinstalling the app.
