I would like to know if someone some could pick up, a device I ordered for myself, from swisscom as I shipped to the wrong pickup address, and I currently not in good shape to pick it up. But I was already billed for it.

The order must be collected personal the contract holder by presenting the same ID you used for the order.

Please note that the QR code will be cancelled after 7 days and the order will be returned to the central warehouse.
