I recently bought a prepaid SIM card with a Flat 90 plan, i.e. unlimited calls, texts, and data within Switzerland for the duration of three months. When I tried calling my bank’s service line (a Swiss number), however, I repeatedly received messages from Swisscom telling me I ‘do not have enough credit for the desired action’. I noticed that my outgoing calls to the bank don’t have the little VoLTE label that appears next to other calls I’ve made. Does this mean non-VoLTE calls are not included in the Flat 90 plan?
