Gaeilgeoir @Heugritio98 In such a case 95 % of this error message is related to usage of the wrong password, to set the correct one, use the “MySwisscom” link, in @Black Mamba’s answer.
Heugritio98 I reset the email password already and still didn’t work, unless it takes some time for Swisscom to update its system. Thank you.
