Channel image noise
Good morning, for about a month I have been experiencing problems with the image quality every time I turn on the TV and when switching from one channel to another. This happens within the first few minutes of turning on the TV. The problem reoccurs if I go to e.g. from Netflix to channels. I don’t understand what it could be. I restarted all the devices even with the total reset and replaced the HDMI cable and the Ethernet cables but the problem of the “grainy” image for the first few minutes remains (I wouldn’t want to replace the TV and then discover that the problem lies with Swisscom). In short, the quality of the service has worsened… I’m sorry, I’ve always been happy with Swisscom.
