I have a Fairphone 4 with Swisscom.
Fairphone has released an update 2nd of July with android security patch for June, but all Fairphone 4 with Swisscom cannot update yet, and is almost been two months…any other customer affected?
Usually is the provider that must accept the update and “unlock” it for the end users. So it is on swisscom side, not Fairphone, and is not clear at all what’s blocking the update release.
I’ve tried opening a ticket with Swisscom but it was impossible to get somebody on the line who understands what’s going on.
So this is kind of “last resort” to see if anyone else is affected and what can we do. Thanks
