blue TV app stuck on loading

Tried to reinstall app multiple times and rebooted the TV already… any ideas? I’m using a Samsung Smart TV I bought a few months ago… so should be quite recent…. is anyone having this problem? Other apps working just fine, WiFi also working nicely…

Only resetting the TV comes to mind.

@Griennauschio96 Please check whether the software of the TV itself is up to date, if not, install it and then install the Blue TV app from the Appstore again.
