Who owns the mobile phone?

hello,

I have a blue mobile M subscription with a Samsung phone and the minimum contract term expired in 2021. Am moving abroad in a few months and will cancel my contract, but am unsure if I then own the phone or if I have to return it to Swisscom? It’s old, but would like to keep it as a spare as still works fine. This could be a really stupid question, in which case I apologise, but I just cannot find the answer online or in my contract.

@Pluwaufleiy16 when you got the cellphone via Swisscom and the minimum contract term expired already the cellphone is yours.

Even if it was paid by instalments, it should have been paid for a long time ago, if not you would see it on the monthly bill.

The phone is yours, you just owe money to Swisscom until it’s fully payed off.
