Additional false amounts on bill

I have just received my bill for July and noticed an additional cost for a service I did not request for or use!

Please ensure you check your bills thoroughly.

Upon further inspection on box I see the request I am being told I made does not even exist or show on my box!!

Because I know I do not use this particular service.

Is this the norm?

If it is I would rather move to a more honest service provider because this is daylight robbery!!

@Seifrutho76 This is not the Swisscom customer service, but a customers help customers community, we are customers like you and have no insights into your data. To check bill with Swisscom please contact via the official contact channels:

But possibly you can tell us what this additional service (e.g. Bluewin e-mail) is, then we can evaluate if there was a general change in the conditions of the subscription, which actually has happend in the last one two month with a couple of services.
