Enteprise Telephony App + Yealink W60P

  • The following problem:

There is a PC with Enterprise Telephony APP and a Yealink W60P with 4 DECT phones

If a call is accepted on the PC via Enterprise Telephony then the call is registered on the DECT phones as a missed call

The Yealink DECT are currently connected via the local SIP credentials from CB 2.0, but from tomorrow (confirmation letter must be delivered with a code) I can also switch to the direct SIP from Swisscom

How can I prevent calls accepted on the Enterprise Telephony app from being marked as missed on the Yealink DECT phones?

Addendum: I was now able to test the whole thing with the “external” SIP credentials, i.e. these directly from Swisscom

And with these the whole thing works correctly with the standard settings on the W60P

So the whole thing is solved if someone has the same problem; try with the SIP credentials from MySwisscom Business or from swisscom.ch/kundencenter (if generating the SIP credentials in MySwisscom Business fails, as so often happens)

I had contact with the SME hotline again today, unfortunately they and the 2nd level support didn’t know what to do next, the first employee said that there was nothing they could do about it, the second said “it just has to work”, we still have the Yealink W60P Reset but it didn’t help either

    Does anyone know this problem?
