I had email light, advanced and Pro.
I was advised by your customer service via chat how to take over my email light from my Email Pro.
I had to do this because I switched my swisscom products to another provider. However, only my Email pro that I have a subscription to was not changing. It worked when I took over cebrown1 via my cebrown and both emails were in the same login now from yesterday (all day).
Today, I login to my cebrown and it keeps going to cebrown1 light and advanced which I already took over yesterday via email pro. I cannot now get any of my emails.
