Sorry Coz i’m talking in english, but its the only langunage i know.

i’m trying to active Wireless in netopia SwissCom Router but i can’t don’t know why…

when i set the SSID and the wLan Key and press continue its showing me same error: The key must have minimum 8 and maximum 63 characters"

i’m giving the password with latters and numbers with some UpperCase words and miminum 10 Keys but its again not accepted..

can anyone help?

is the wlan key in WEP or WPA?

on WEP there are only numbers from 1-9 and letters from a-k allowed.

if it is don`t work please call the hotline 😉

are you sure you don’t misstip the key?
Otherwise, try to set up in the Customer Center a new password for your router.

Than go to Wlan Settings. There you can change the key / password for your wireless lan.

nah, let me try to explain it better..

i login to my router with a local ip 192.168.0.3 and i put it to expert mode, then Wireless, there appears a message tolds " if u want to active Wireless click in this link, when i click the link the site i attached is appearing, and the password that i’m giving is not accepted same reason always,

any idea?

yeah, i was trying to put this password “usaAgent123” is the password requested from them? with lower and upper case including numbers? why its still not accepted??

on my centro grande with WPA, I can set the password you have mentioned….

nah, it was just an exmaple of my passwords i tried to set, but none of them accepted,

after i give the password, when i click NEXT the site is loading and come back again to that place with an error “The key must have minimum 8 and maximum 63 characters”
