Dear All,
I have an iphone 15 Pro, tried to install bluewin email on the mail application, but without success at all! i have done it several times, using both settings mentioned on Swisscom web, i tried the exchange, no success, also as IMAP, not working.
The same problem i have with Outlook 2021 business, no success at all!
i have added to both three different e-mail accounts with success, for both Mobile & outlook.
Only Bluewin email remains as a challenge!
the only way to access Bluewin is on the web, using password & Text message for security.
anyone can help?
first set up accounts using IMAP protocol (not POP3)
try creating a new password for the e-mail account
then delete the account on the iPhone and recreate it with the new pwd
this may solve the problem on the iPhone
also change the pwd on iPad/MacBook and other mailboxes

On the app, everything is much more legible, and many options are available, such as adjusting text size or displaying bold characters. Finally after several attempts it works on my iphone!
i am wondering why it didn’t work before despite the fat that they are the same steps followed each time!
i do suspect that you need to wait sometime after setting the third password!
Now next step, setting it up on Outlook!
