I kindly mention here that I cound not find any proper contact detail to inform this matter to Swisscom. Therefore, I am writing here to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received from your company.
As a loyal customer of over ten years, I have always appreciated the service provided by Swisscom. However, a recent interaction with your customer service team has left me feeling both frustrated and undervalued.
Due to a persistent technical issue TV Box, I decided to terminate my service with Swisscom. When I called your office to communicate my decision, I was surprised by the response I received from the relevant officer. Rather than inquiring about the reason for my decision or offering any assistance to resolve the issue, the officer simply informed me that I could handle the transition with my new provider to keep my telephone number. There was no attempt to understand my concerns or retain my business.
I found this response to be both unfriendly and dismissive, especially considering my long-standing relationship with your company. It was disheartening to see such a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
I believe in the importance of feedback and hope that this letter will be taken as constructive criticism. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to improve the customer service experience, so that future interactions for other customers will reflect the high standards I once associated with Swisscom.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in your customer service approach.
