Each customer is responsible for data storage and there are plenty of email programs that can do this, and with most email programs you can also create an additional local folder to save the email.
There must be a special reason for deactivating email accounts and, as already mentioned, contact support.

One can only speculate. It’s conceivable: your email account was hacked and used to send phishing emails; Swisscom’s abuse department received complaints about it.
So it is blocked and you will receive instructions on how to reset the account via Snail email.

Yes, thank you, I was there too, but I don’t understand the connection to the blocked email account…? Especially since the OP wants to report this as a criminal offense.
