Stocking by Swisscom towards a customer

    • All emails were blocked in the morning of April 30, 2024.

    All data from 20 years of work is destroyed.

    How do I get back to them?

      Each customer is responsible for data storage and there are plenty of email programs that can do this, and with most email programs you can also create an additional local folder to save the email.

      There must be a special reason for deactivating email accounts and, as already mentioned, contact support.

    Still, a side note… It’s not called Swisskom or Swisscon, but Swisscom 😉

    One can only speculate. It’s conceivable: your email account was hacked and used to send phishing emails; Swisscom’s abuse department received complaints about it.

    So it is blocked and you will receive instructions on how to reset the account via Snail email.
