Volume problems

  • Have to use the full Scala volume on blue. But it is still very quiet.
    Panasonic TV works perfectly.
    Problem just kept getting worse.

The Panasonic TV must have a Panasonic remote control, with this you have to adjust the sound between 50-70% of the volume, or to maximum if necessary.

If that doesn’t help, you should check the Panasonic TV’s audio settings and use the user manual that came with the TV.

Unfortunately, even on better TV sets, the speakers are quite “thin” in sound. I noticed this with both Sony and Panasonic. I therefore use a soundbar in the mid-price segment, which is connected to the television with an optical cable (I have set the TV speakers to volume 0). This way you can give the missing “bump” (volume and bass) on the soundbar. I usually set TV-Box von Swisscom to 35.

@Dotubeith73 If the remote control is connected to the TV via IR, disconnect it and reconnect it (via the TV box settings), this has solved the problem for some customers where the volume of the box itself is controlled by a App was changed somehow
