Where are my Blue TV downloads?

This morning I opened the Blue TV app on my iPad and discovered all my previous downloads had reverted to the ‘pending’ status. Some of them can’t be recovered because the original recordings are now deleted. Why has this happened? I know my iPad storage memory was not full.

Can I get the downloads back?

Delete browsing data
Restart iPad and test
Test also with another browser

If the problem persists
Delete pending registrations
Download again
