All Swisscom subscriptions are flat of some sort. It depends on the destinations you’re calling and where you move in roaming.
There are also packages to cover areas that the flat subscription doesn’t cover. For destination not covered by a plan, there are also SIP based providers that can cover those much more cost effectively.
