My Swisscom Peace of mind before the telephone

  • Why doesn’t peace of mind on the telephone work in MySwisscom on landlines? I cannot set a time, for example from 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. An error message appears stating that “Start time must be before end time”. That doesn’t make sense if you don’t want to receive any calls through the night!

    • Hi Deuhaufrioff65

An entry always refers to a day from 00:00 to 24:00

In other words, the system doesn’t mean 7:30 the next morning, but on the same day, which is actually before the start time at 10:30 😉

To set your rest time, you need 2 entries:

      1. 22:30 - 24:00
      2. 00:00 - 07:30

      Then it works:

Yes, that’s how I solved it for myself, you have to make 2 entries and then it works. That’s not really ideal, you still have to figure it out.

Can you please occasionally report what the callers hear at night when “Silence from the telephone” has been activated as described above:

      The busy signal,
      or:
“The participant does not want to be disturbed temporarily”?
