Changing passwords on mobile and laptop

I cannot change my email password on my mobile, and when I try to do so on my laptop, the system does not recognise my email address.

Is there an issue at present with Bluewin.ch emails?

GalwayGirl Which programm you're using and where did you try to change password. For all programms except Webmail, the password must be changed in MySwisscom, here you can also check your e-mail adress, of course. The password then is valid for all device where you installed Bluewin mail.

For webmaIl the password must be changed here (under Login Methods, but here you change also the password for MySwisscom itself and Blue TV, etc)

@GalwayGirl Could you change the password in meantime. Have you been able to change the password in the meantime? If so, it would be helpful for others with the same problem if you could give us some feedback.
