access cockpit

i bought a prepaid simcard which worked well during the active period. I now topped up my account and want to reload a prepaid data package. The sim is installed in a hotspot device and i cannot receive SMS messages on it. How can I access cockpit which is asking me to enter the code they sent by sms?

Nitheischosch81 There are various ways to top up your credit, so you don't necessarily need the cockpit. These are listed here:

Or you can take the SIM out of the device, put it in any mobile phone and receive the SMS for the cockpit there, but this is a bit cumbersome.
