Outgoing mails on bluwin are delivered only partially. Sent e mail file only shows partial content

On bluewin account, outgoing emails are received only partially.

Sent emails are not displaying properly.

Problem is on PC and smart phone

Can you please elaborate on what you exactly mean by "not displaying properly"?

Are you using an email client or the webmail? (if webmail, please use an email client instead)

Does this only affect items in the "sent" folder, or are they also broken on the receivers end?

Yes I'm using email client.

My outgoing email arrives "broken" as you say.

Right margin cut off and last line totally run together.

End of message missing.

When I check sent messages on my phone, they flash for a few seconds then disappear.

I did notice bluewin has changed their security measures and I need to update. Is there any connection with that?

Which e-mail client are you using? (Thunderbird? Outlook?)

If you are using multiple different clients, make sure that all of them are using the IMAP protocol.

I don't see how this could affect email formatting 😉. At least for me, it's working fine.
