@Hepiockioff80 here is information from a Swisscommit employee on the German-speaking forum:
"From the beginning of January 2024, Swisscom will offer an 80/8 subscription to the universal service via SAT (in accordance with OFCOM guidelines). Existing SAT customers should contact our customer service (0800 800 800), as a technician must carry out an adaptation on site (LNB and orientation to other satellites. Thanks to this modification, all of Switzerland can now be covered by SAT. The adaptation is free for the customer. subscription will be visible from Jan 24.
I would call the second week of January, we would then see the new subscription and we could quickly arrange a technician visit. During 2024, all Sat customers will move to the new satellite, which could lead to waiting times."
