Thanks for that but when I select the option I can see both missed calls (which I have then deleted) and it still says new message. I'll try and get a screen shot. I have also looked at (or listened to) the Combox option and their is no "delete all" messages or reset option as far as I can tell....
It's annoying not urgent but it is just an issue that I would like to resolve..
