Cannot amend internet lock setup

Hi,

I am trying to change the internet surf times for different devices, but every time I try to save the new time schedule it says "The oder cannot be carried out".

Also the Daily surf time Toggle button cannot be swiped to "on".

@Devauyau70 Did you try it via Web GUI of the Internetbox, if yes, I propose to try it via MySwisscom on the PC or via MySwisscom App, direkt links you'll find in the link. I tested it with both and there were porblems to do so.

Thank you. Yes i tried both ways. In the app, i cannot change the hours or the times. The second option lets me change times and hours but i cannot follow up. For example, how much time my child has left to surf the internet. I was always able to do that via the app, but not anymore …

@Devauyau70 As I said, for me it worked without problems, and I'm not even in my network, maybe you need to delete the app reinstall. machmal helps something like this.
