DSL STANDARD 5,000 to DSL STANDARD 10,000?!

Good morning,

I would like to know if my internet line will change speed?

Because I have been registered since 2006 with standard dsl which only goes to 5,000

and I would really like to go to 10,000…

You should contact the Swisscom hotline to find out if this is possible from your connection (Change of technology from ADSL to VDSL).

As Lorenzo mentions, to get 10,000 you have to upgrade to VDSL. Swisscom is gradually changing ADSL lines to VDSL but if you want to benefit from the new speed as quickly as possible and your line allows it, you will have to call Swisscom.
