I write to express my surprise that a cost has arisen about as a result of the changes to the internet connection in my home.I had telephone conversation with your staff on three different occasions and on each occasion, I specifically inquired if the changes involved any extra costs and was informed on all occasions that I will not be required to make any form of extra payments.I wish to re-iterate that I do not need any kit, equipment or material that would require me making any form of extra payment as a result of the new installation in my apartment.
I have indeed, received a package from you which I did not request, does not need and I am ready to return to you once you provide me the guideline on how to return it.As agreed during the several telephone calls before the installation ( which informs why I was reluctant in accepting that you install the new device until convinced that it will attract no cost), I will not make any payment related to the new installation.I do hope that inline with your own words, I will not find any form of additional cost to my bill when it is received.Thank you for your understanding and for keeping to your words.
