Feplopau13 Hello, as of today, I cannot open these two apps. Spotify was responding slow lately, but as of today both apps are just displaying blacks screen. I can access Spotify on my phone. I restarted router but problem persist
Gaeilgeoir @Feplopau13 With which device you're using these two Apps? Do you have a Swisscom TV Box or a Tablette or on a Smart TV? If it is the box, please disconnect the box from power for a few minutes and if that doesn't help, do a reset with a paper clip in the small hole on the back or bottom of the box. For other devices, I would delete the apps and reinstall them.
