Thanks for the answer, I was aware about the cockpit and I was already monitoring the page, but actually the phone was able to make calls with such package only after some hours. Then enabling can takes some hours, even if you try to switch off and restart the phone, nothing changes and Swisscom doesn't send a text to notify that package has been activated, simply you try after some time to verify. This is a gap that should be improved in my opinion.
