How do I make sure that a valid incoming e-mail lands in my inbox and is not rejected? Emails from my brother are repeatedly not getting through (bouncing, so not even reaching the spam filter), even when he is replying to a message from me to him, and despite the fact that his e-mail address is in my address book. The same e-mails are getting through to everyone else in copy. And when he sends the e-mail from another address, it gets through.
