eSIM for turists

Hello, eSIM for turist is a dramatic experience.
During the registration process you have to choose Swiss address from the list!!! When you are abroad turist you dont have it.
Second after I finish the registartion I didn't receive QR code for eSIM.
SwissCom app doesnt work with my Samsung s23 (information from Google Store).
It looks that I just lost 20 CHF.
I was trying to contact customer service with chat or WhatsApp, but nobody is available.

@Biekostio48 Take a look, here you that is not so easy to get a ESim as non resident.

If you spent already a couple of money, you can contact the Hotline from abroad via:

+41 62 286 12 12 (it's not for free!)

If not a Swiss resident, the best is to visit a Swisscom Shop to order your prepaid bundle.
