Accessing myCanal with Canal+ Subscription

I recently switched from Blue Max to Canal+ Cine Series (my French is a lot better than my German!). One of the reasons was the option to see all the films/series via the myCanal app on iPad as well as on the TV Box. However, I only seem to have the basic access on the Canal+ app - I did have a subscription to myCanal previously so have a user name and password but have no idea how I can link that to my Swisscom subscription so I can see the full range of myCanal films etc. I did have this when I had a SALT TV subscription to Canal+ at a different address. Do I need to set up a new account and, if so, what would my Canal+ client number be?

I found this online and it says you need a client ID (but I think this is a myCanal ID)!

All solved now... basically I got a letter from Canal+ with my Client ID... it seems no one in the Swisscom help centre are aware of how it works and there is no mention of this on the website but it is all okay now
