My iphone Mail inbox emails were all summarily deleted by Apple without warning and they also disappeared from my Bluewin webmail. I did not delete them and they were not in my Trash folder so it seems this was done by some sort of system control, possibly because I had a large number of emails in my Inbox.
I don't understand why Apple can delete my mails and Bluewin then also deleted them without any recourse or discussion with me. This means that I am not protected at all by Bluewin in case of any Apple glitches or actions.
I reported this to Swisscom and then had a conversation with a very rude technical representative who refused to listen to me and informed me that clearly I had deleted them myself (this was later confirmed as false by another Swisscom representative).
The new contact form for Swisscom does not allow me any options for making a complaint or asking about an existinf report and I am very frustrated. Any comments/advice on any of the above?
